NGH Trebion “Darth Chocolate” Wilson again calls on all redshirts to gather for a Candlelight event in the extraordinarily interesting town of Pittman, Nevada, on June 10, 4028 (2023 for PBCs) at the Skyline Casino, where a plaque will be dedicated. Pittman allowed Henderson to incorporate in 1953, but retained its own post office for over twenty years, carried at least four different names, hosted Jim Thorpe’s bar after World War II (and if you don’t know who he is, you should). It was an important stop on the Boulder Highway when it was first laid out by and engineer with a straight edge ruler, providing not only housing, gasoline, and groceries, but also clubs and casinos to stop at on the long drive from Las Vegas to Railroad Pass. Bring your PBCs and join the Queho Posse at our annual Candlelight event.
